Mukesh Agarwal

Mukesh is a product and technology leader with more than two decades of experience building enterprise software and AI products. He was Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Bito, an agentic software development platform. Bito began before ChatGPT, giving him hands-on experience building with early foundation models and later developing AI agents for complex software work.
Previously, he was a Partner at EY, where he founded a product incubation lab, and CEO of RevX/Komli, which was acquired by Affle. Earlier, he held product leadership roles at Microsoft in Redmond, USA, across Outlook, Dynamics CRM, and Bing. He holds a BS/MS in Computer Science and an MBA from the Wharton School.
His experience conducting AI research and building complex agentic systems at Bito now informs the foundation of Gajan.

From preparing for an engineering entrance exam with correspondence materials in Rajasthan to studying in Kota, the United States and Wharton, Mukesh experienced how the right support can open new possibilities. Later, helping his children prepare for their own exams brought the same questions back into focus.
Agarwals grew from that experience: a belief that where a student lives or the resources available to them should not limit their opportunity to learn.
